Where you decide to use any services offered by the Platform, you agree that we make no guarantees including but not limited to web placement, rankings, or any profits.  You understand that the services offered may have variance, be inexact, cause negative effects, or be otherwise incorrect.  An increase in search engine ranking, increase in business, or any other associated benefits are neither implied nor guaranteed.  Website rankings or results may vary by region, search engine, or fluctuate based on factors outside of our control.  Due to the nature of our services, you agree:

• Turf.Press is not responsible for any changes made to a user’s website that adversely affects web traffic or the search engine rankings of the user’s website.

Service Scope

The scope of the Turf.Press service is clearly defined on our individual product pages. We are not responsible for providing services that fall outside the scope of your purchased plan. Please note that we are NOT a full service agency. We have decided on taking this approach to keep our pricing affordable while keeping campaign impact high. Therefore, we do not offer custom solutions, custom support or consulting that falls outside of our defined service scope on our product pages. If you require additional support, services or custom solutions please get in contact with us. We may be able to provide an a-la-cart pricing solution to suit your custom needs. However, Turf.Press is under no obligation to accept custom work requests. 

Exceeding Service Scope

There are many instances when we either obtain a higher response rate than expected or conduct more outreach which results in more connections. We do this intentionally to fill your partner pipeline for future months. This gives you, as our client, a more predictable flow of content and partnerships. However, if you cancel your subscription with us we are not responsible for delivering any planned future deliverables to you that fall outside your current billing cycle. Connections that we’ve worked to make for you for future months we will use ourselves or use for other paying clients.  

Subscription Plans & Automatic Payment

For your convenience some services offered by Turf.Press may be made on a recurring subscription basis (“Paid Subscription”). Where you decide to purchase any Paid Subscriptions, your payment information shall be logged and you will be charged monthly for any Paid Subscriptions. YOU AUTHORIZE US TO BILL YOU ON A RECURRING BASIS AND AGREE THAT AT THE EXPIRATION OF YOUR INITIAL PAID SUBSCRIPTION, YOUR PAID SUBSCRIPTION SHALL AUTOMATICALLY RENEW FOR ADDITIONAL MONTHLY SUBSCRIPTION PERIODS (OR FOR THE SAME PERIOD AS YOUR INITIAL PAID SUBSCRIPTION) UNTIL WE ARE NOTIFIED OTHERWISE. YOU AGREE THAT NO ADDITIONAL CONSENT IS REQUIRED BY YOU TO CHARGE YOUR PREFERRED PAYMENT METHOD AUTOMATICALLY AND ON A RENEWABLE BASIS FOR THE PAID SUBSCRIPTION PLAN SELECTED BY YOU.  If you wish to cancel your Paid Subscription please cancel through your user dashboard or notify us through email.  Upon cancellation of a Paid Subscription, portions of the Platform may become immediately inaccessible. Where your Paid Subscription has been cancelled or expired, we have no liability to you for any deleted, inaccessible, modified, or removed User Content.

Pricing

All quoted pricing is valid for 30 days from issuance of quote. The current price on the website supersedes any previous pricing. To the extent the price on the website differs from price mentions on any third party websites, the price on our official website shall prevail. All prices are subject to change without notice.

Deliverables & Dates

Please be aware that some of our services provided may list estimated dates and timelines for delivery or completion (“Estimated Dates”).  Although, Turf.Press shall attempt to deliver all services by the Estimated Dates listed on the Platform, these Estimated Dates are merely good faith estimates and are non-binding in nature. Turf.Press reserves the right to modify, alter, or extend any Estimated Dates at our discretion. Turf.Press is not responsible or liable for any failure to provide any services before any Estimated Dates listed on the Platform.  Oral or written statements made by any agents, employees, or contractors of Turf.Press regarding any Estimated Dates are non-binding and do not alter any contractual agreements between Turf.Press and any users.

Refunds

Please note that our pricing policies are listed on our individual product pages and they can change at any time. At Turf.Press we use a performance based pricing model which means that you only pay for what you are delivered. For instance, if you purchase two pieces of content from us, you will only be charged for two pieces of content. If you order two pieces of content from us, but for whatever reason, we were only able to deliver one piece of content, we will refund / prorate your bill based on what we were able to deliver. We do not offer refunds on any credits from your account for work that has already been completed.

We do however offer refunds for any clients who have signed up but we decide we cannot take on as a client. A full refunded will be paid fully and immediately. However, please note that we do not offer refunds on projects that we have successfully worked on but then decided to remove later for any reason including but not limited to exhaustion of campaign, customer complaints, fraud accusations or any other reason Turf.Press sees fit to remove a client from our roster of clients.

Privacy

We take company privacy seriously. We will not share your reference as a client unless we have written approval to do so. Likewise, we will not share any of your campaign details with the public or any third party companies unless we have your written permission.

Variation of Terms

Turf.Press is permitted to revise these Terms at any time as it sees fit, and by using this Website you are expected to review these Terms on a regular basis.

We may update the content on this Website from time to time, but its content is not necessarily complete or up-to-date. Any of the material on the Website may be out of date at any given time, and we are under no obligation to update such material.

Report Content

If you have found content on our site that you feel is potentially harmful to other site visitors (eg. SCAMS, hateful comments etc) please contact us immediately and we will investigate all claims.

If you are an advertiser on our site and your listing or other content has been reported to us we reserve to the right to remove all content associated with your project without notice and without a refund. Please note that we deal with violation reports on a case by case basis.

Assignment

Turf.Press is allowed to assign, transfer, and subcontract its rights and/or obligations under these Terms without any notification. However, you are not allowed to assign, transfer, or subcontract any of your rights and/or obligations under these Terms.

Choice of Law

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws in force in Hong Kong. The offer and acceptance of this contract is deemed to have occurred in Hong Kong.

Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between Turf.Press and you in relation to your use of this Website, and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
